 Erections are enabled by having an excess of blood in the penis. ED pills increase blood to the penis to achieve erection.

Nodrah achieves the same result by restricting blood flow from the penis. The arteries that supply blood to the penis are deep within the penis, and the large dorsal vein, which returns most of the blood to the heart, is located on the top of the penis. Nodrah, restricts that vein.
